Magali has surpassed her life expectancy by two years. Though she is on heavy medication, on a wheel chair and with numerous medical issues including joint pains, heart disease, stroke, Magali struggled like a warrior to make it to her 15th birthday.
In South America, there is a tradition where the quinceanera celebrates the 'coming of age' party of young women who attain the age of 15.
Magali's mother told a Columbian news site that Magali wanted her dream party to be full of glitter, have her make-up done and so much dancing and that is exactly what she got.
Though Magali cannot dance, friends and family danced and made merry at Magali's 'coming of age' party.
